登录手机“暖城一表通”小程序，打开居民管理模块，王蓓只用1分钟就提交了统计结果。“这是‘根数据库’系统，包括住址、民族、年龄、工作等筛选条件。在年龄栏输入‘70岁’，附加条件栏点击‘老龄服务’，子目录选‘独居’‘空巢’选项，所需数据就出来了。”
2023年年底，鄂尔多斯市正式上线“根数据库”系统，以街道(苏木乡镇)、社区(嘎查村)基层报表填报为入口，通过一个端口采集、一个系统管理，统一数据标准、格式规范、字段标签，规范数据内容，实现街道、部门按需查询，高频数据一键提取。
“‘根数据库’通过一次录入，批量导入街道社区原有数据，纳入医保、卫健、市场监管等9个部门的18类数据，系统自动比对、关联和纠错，数据信息更加完整准确，还能一键生成民政、医保、住建等部门的36张高频报表，随用随取。”鄂尔多斯市大数据中心主任兰天介绍。
“根数据库”上线以来，基层网格员每周填表报数时间缩短8小时以上，实现了“数据跑路、基层减负、服务加速”。青春山街道办事处主任韩毓说，“根数据库”使基层工作人员有更多时间和精力集中解决群众急难愁盼问题。
目前，鄂尔多斯市在东胜区、康巴什区、杭锦旗的7个街道、1个苏木试点运行“根数据库”，完成了40多个村、社区的数据统计，涵盖人口20.17万人、房屋13.12万个、企业和个体工商户2.8万家。
“‘根数据库’织密各类数据共享互联‘一张网’，不仅为基层工作人员减负，还提高了工作效率和基层治理效能。”鄂尔多斯市委组织部副部长耿涛表示。
